Committees - CFR Committees are charged with advancing key areas of the Association's Strategic Plan. Committees are a year-long commitment and meet monthly or bimonthly. | ||
Networks - Organized to support professional specialties and interests within real estate. Activities engage members to build their expertise and skills in appraisal, property management, those new to the profession, etc. |

Task Forces - Planned on an ad-hoc basis, these groups address short-term projects to support the CFR Strategic Plan or emerging issues of importance to the Association. | ||

Appraisal Network – Open Membership
Created to promote ethical and professional real estate appraisal standards. Provide a forum to express appraisers’ concerns to the boards of directors and for the boards to request information from the appraisers. Offer appraisal education opportunities to appraisers, REALTORS®, the banking community, and the public. Provide communication of real estate industry regulations. Provide collaboration and social opportunities. Promote to the public an understanding of the appraisal process and profession.
Open to all CFR REALTOR® Members and Registered Trainees. No prior experience is required and there are no limits on the size of our Network.

Diversity & Inclusion Network – Open Membership
Formed in 2020, the goals of this group are to showcase our commitment to the NAR Code of Ethics and Fair Housing for All and to encourage member engagement and discussions on issues of Diversity & Inclusion.
Open to all CFR REALTOR® and Affiliate members. No prior experience is required and there are no limits on the size of our Network.

Created to promote global investment in the region's economic interests and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with global industry counterparts by providing global centric education, training, and networking opportunities to REALTOR® members.

Property Management Network - Open Membership
Created to bring together entities within the Association that practice property management. This will be done through sharing ideas and knowledge, providing a platform to voice concerns, practicing risk reduction, continuing quality service to clients through education, communicating with other property managers, and enhancing the referral network.
Open to all CFR REALTOR® Members and approved Office Staff. No prior experience is required and there are no limits on the size of our Network.

Your Professional Network – Open Membership
Created as a member-driven organization that helps new real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas: REALTOR® Associations, Real Estate Industry, Peers, and Community.
Open to all CFR REALTOR® Members who are new to the business, no matter their age.

Affiliate Partner Committee - Appointed Service
Created as an incubator for ideas on how our members can network and collaborate with Affiliates, including events, service projects, and professional education.

Candidate Selection Task Force - Appointed Service
Responsible for interviewing and selecting candidates for political offices that receive CFR support and/or RPAC funding.

Community Affairs Committee - Appointed Service
Responsible for providing enthusiastic support for community affairs and activities of the Association outlined in the Association Strategic Plan. The Committee Chair and Vice-Chair will serve on the Strategic Planning Committee and provide input into the development of the community affairs program for the Association.

Finance Committee- Appointed Service
Responsible for reviewing the financials quarterly and approves budgets.

Government Affairs Committee - Appointed Service
Responsible for identifying issue priorities for affirmation by the Board of Directors, maintain a pro-active government affairs program by tapping into REALTOR® Party resources utilizing Local Political Coordinators, and mobilizing membership through education and activism including issue and candidate events.

Grievance & Professional Standards Committee - Appointed Service
Responsible for reviewing the Ethics & Arbitration Complaints, Professional Standards holds Hearings.
Pre-requisites: Must be a REALTOR® member for a minimum of two years. Attend CFR Professional Standards Training

MLS Committee - Appointed Service
Created to engage subscribers into an aggressive discussion and to provide proposals for the NCRMLS Rules and Regulations. This committee shall review the Rules and Regulations and MLS platform interface.
