REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®. This course fulfills that requirement and it explains the areas where NC Law and NCREC Rules differ from the Code of Ethics. When do you obey each? This course answers that question and teaches REALTORS® how to properly apply the Code of Ethics to their practices.
