Community Affairs
Action in the community through service is equally important to involvement in public policy. Cape Fear REALTORS® has doubled efforts in the past years and expects this trend to continue modeling the National Association of REALTORS®, that expends a majority of its total resources to this same end.
Advocacy is the new “core” value of Cape Fear REALTORS®, with three primary goals:
1. Maintaining the agent as the center of the real estate transaction;
2. Representing the voice of real estate;
3. Engaging in the community conversation for active representation.
The Community Affairs Committee (CAC) spearheads CFR’s social responsibility efforts through community contribution projects such as our annual REALTOR® Action Day and our year-long FeedILM food drive.
As a matter of public policy
