REALTOR® Membership Application
Use this application to apply for REALTOR® membership with WRAR. If you hold an active Real Estate license or are a licensed or certified appraiser, you MUST hold REALTOR® membership. Registered trainees may hold membership but are not required. You must be an active, licensed real estate agent or a licensed or certified appraiser to apply for this membership type.Designated REALTOR® Application
Use this application to change the Designated REALTOR® for your company.New Company Membership Application
Use this application if you are a Broker starting a new company.New Branch Office Application
Use this form if you are a member company opening a new office location.
Allied Membership Form
Use this application if you are not a licensed real estate agent, but do have a professional interest in the real estate industry as a mortgage broker, real estate attorney, home inspector, etc. You may lease a key to open our lockbox system. Allied members may not access the Multiple Listing Service, however they may receive MLS Sold data.
Transfer Form
Use this application if you are transferring from a company or branch.
Listing & KEYbox Transfer Form
Fill out this form if you have any listings going with you when transferring
companies or branches.
Resignation Form
Use this form if you are resigning from WRAR. Please make sure you bring your leased equipment back to WRAR and make sure you have paid your account in full. A copy of your Letter of Disassociation to NCREC must be forwarded to WRAR before submitting this form.
Reinstatement Form
Use this application if you resigned from WRAR less than 12 months ago and wish to reinstate your membership.
MLS Forms:
MLS User Only Form
Use this application to apply for access to our MLS only. Applicants must be a member of another Association anywhere in the United States where licensed to engage in real estate. A broker may then open an “MLS only” office to participate in the MLS service without joining the Association either as a Primary or Secondary member. A provisional broker can affiliate with a branch office that is a full member in this jurisdiction to become an MLS user only. (Each BIC must agree to this arrangement.)
RCA Membership Forms
RCA Membership Application
Use this application to apply for RCASENC membership. In order to be a member you must hold an active Real Estate license and you MUST hold REALTOR® membership. This means you need to be an active, licensed real estate agent or a licensed or certified appraiser to apply for this membership type.

Office Staff Form
Use this application if you are working for a firm as a licensed or unlicensed secretary. The unlicensed secretary will have MLS access with no charge to the Office. There will be no Association membership. A licensed secretary will have MLS access with no MLS charges if the MLS Board grants a waiver. Association membership for a SEC is required. The Office staff application needs to be filled out by the Designated REALTOR®.Registered Trainee Form
Use this application if you are a registered trainee going to work for an Appraiser. The registered trainee application needs to be filled out by the Designated REALTOR®.Non-member provisional broker
Use this application if you have an active real estate license, work for a Designated REALTOR®. who is a member of WRAR, and you have been allowed by the DR not to become a member of WRAR. The non-member provisional broker application needs to be filled out by the Designated REALTOR®. The form elaborates on policies regarding non-member provisional brokers.IDX Participant Agreement (PDF)
Use this form to initiate an IDX data feed. This form must be completed, reviewed and signed by the Broker in Charge and the Website Service Provider (Vendor) and the faxed back to WRAR attention Kathy Wright at 910-762-9860
