The Code the Law and You #2519 (Fri. 9 Feb, 2018 8:30 am - 12:30 pm)

The Code, The Law, and You is a course which examines the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Professional Standards.

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within the two-year cycle. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®. This course fulfills that requirement, and it explains the areas where NC Law and NCREC Rules differ from the Code of Ethics. When do you obey each? This course answers that question and teaches REALTORS® how to properly apply the Code of Ethics to their practices.

Instructor: Patrice Willetts

The current two-year cycle began January 1, 2017, and will end Dec. 31, 2018.
