The IMAPP Tax System is one of the most comprehensive property information tools available. IMAPP features one-click Auto Comps and Auto Property Valuations, which incorporate all recorded property sales and MLS solds.
ICHECK is a web based automated MLS Data Verification Management System that verifies the integrity of MLS listings by ensuring all listings are in compliance with the REALTOR® Association's rules and regulations. With more than 40 plus Associations now using ICHECK we have compiled list of more than 130 different types of MLS and TAX rules. ICHECK will catch a wide variety of bad information, including fair housing violations, branded virtual tours, invalid addresses, invalid tax id, re-listings, agent and office mismatches, late submissions, duplicate listings, agent misuse of free-form text fields, late reporting of pending or final sale etc. ICHECK automatically detects listing errors, corrections, duplicate listings and more. Violation data is saved in a database for statistical analysis and fine collection; member and broker notification may be sent automatically by email or by letter and may include a copy of the erroneous field, the applicable Rule/Regulation and count of violations in the prior 12 months and more.
