Goomzee’s product suite, Realty Connect, includes Text Message and QR Code marketing. By integrating with MLS data systems, mobile marketing campaigns and Mobile Property Pages are automatically generated and linked to the agent’s listings, eliminating double entry. Agents then add Text and/or QR codes to yard signs, flyers, websites and print advertisements. Potential buyers are prompted to send a text message with a unique Property ID code or scan a QR Code. Within seconds the buyer receives listing information, pricing and photos via Text Message or Mobile Property Page. At the same time, the agent receives lead alerts either via email or text message. Agents can then follow up directly from their phone, or they can log into their Administration Website and monitor lead activity or interact with contacts from any web-enabled computer.
