Official Notice of Bylaws Amendment - December 2013

The Board of Directors of the WRAR Corporation and the MLS Corporation each recommend that the membership adopt the amendments below to the respective Bylaws. The rationale for the request is that the insurance deductible is now $30,000; without amending the Bylaws, the Board would be prevented from authorizing the expenditure needed. The increased insurance deductible is the result of hazard insurance and wind and hail insurance. The amendments will be considered at the Holiday Meeting and Awards Luncheon on December 4th. (blue text is insertion; red text is deletion)

MLS Bylaws, Article 6, Section 4. Board of Directors: The Board of Directors shall administer the day to day finances of the Service.
