You need to understand that as Realtors we have taken a big hit to our income. Look at the number of Agents we have lost in the past 3 years. Look at the number of Agents that have not had a sale in 2011. $40 doesn’t sound like much, but if you have not had a sale lately, it is big.
I don’t see how we are going to maintain the WRAR dues on the new building without a huge increase. Do the math!!!!!

Are you people out of your mind? The NAR is getting worse then the labor unions. Bribe every politician. It was just a few years ago you raised the dues. Put raising dues up to a full vote by all the Realtors? We should not have to pay for Pac funds. Pac funds should be optional.
All we ever hear from you people is we need more money.

This increase was passed over the overwhelming objections of the members. Favorable comments were grossly outnumbered by negative ones.
What it amounts to is more of the usual scummy politics as usual. The NAR wants a slush fund and crammed it down our throats.
These are the same people who preach ethics? Their ethics are laughable and honored more in the breach than in the observance.
Ask yourself. If the NAR is such a good thing for agents, why do you have to cram membership down our throats?
Get real. All this BS isn’t fooling anyone.
