Help Improve Your Association – Take NAR’s Benchmark Survey Mar 15

Recently, WRAR was approached to participate in the first ever National REALTOR® Association Benchmark Study. The purpose of this study is to establish national performance ratings for REALTOR® Associations that can be used by any REALTOR® Association in the country to gauge how well it is currently performing against the national average for REALTOR® Associations. Performance ratings will be gathered by surveying Association members.

Not only will our results be aggregated into the national average, which will cite our participation, but it will provide us with an initial look at how you, the member, perceive all facets of your Association. This can be used as a first-step to making improvements to the products and services we offer so that we can strengthen our relationship with you. As with any survey, the more members who complete the survey, the better the information we have to work with.

Please be aware that your responses will only be seen by the independent third-party organization completing the research and will remain confidential to your Association. WRAR will only be presented aggregate results.
