On January 1, 2011, NC REALTORS® will release a “new and improved” Offer to Purchase & Contract (OTP&C) form. To help you become more familiar with this updated version of the form, NC REALTORS®’ General Counsel Will Martin summarizes the changes in a 40-minute video below.

In addition, NC REALTORS® soon will release a second video summarizing other recent and upcoming forms changes.
