On Monday, January 11th, the way you access Rapattoni MLS will change for all MLS Subscribers. You will no longer be required to use a token to login into the MLS. Instead, the system will begin using adaptive authentication technology.
As a Subscriber, this will require some initial set-up on your part. To assist you with this process, your MLS has created step-by-step instructions and a video to guide you through the entire process.

You will be required to change your MLS password during set-up. Upon completing this process, Internet Member Services (IMS) should update itself to reflect this new password within two hours.
*IMPORTANT: Please do not discard or return your token to the MLS. Tokens could be required as secondary means to log-in.
What is Adaptive Authentication?
Your data will be protected by banking-industry-strength security leveraging RSA’s® Adaptive Authentication technology which currently protects more than 150 million online users. Adaptive Authentication will provide a level of security that is unmatched in the real estate marketplace through a combination of:
- Confidential Security Questions
- Device Identification of PCs
- IP Address Tracking
- User Profiling
- Analytical Risk Reporting
- Anti-Fraud Technology
Your MLS is excited to offer this new and innovative technology to enhance and simplify your MLS experience.
