A MLS task force has been working to define the data fields within the MLS to serve you better. The definitions are a work in progress. If you have questions or comments to add, please contact me. Currently, your MLS is only releasing the Single Family definitions. The other property types are being worked on.

Many real estate insiders believe the progress the market has been making may be wiped away without the federal tax credit that is set to end in December. Members of Congress are debating whether to extend it.
