Updated MLS Rules & Regulations (Revised 1-19-12)
TheBoard of Directors made clarifying changes to MLS Rules Section 2 and 3. The clarifications only resulted in adding “leasing broker” or “management agreement” as appropriate and such changes apply only to rental property in the MLS. Revised Local Home Sales Stats for December 2011 Posted Online
Click the above link to view the latest local residential market statistics which were revised on Friday, January 20th. A formula error was discovered & corrected in regards to the “Total Dollars” data between January 2011 to December 2011.
