Continuing Education Courses: We do not give
refunds. If you need to cancel for the registered continuing education
class, 48 hours notice is required and you may select another date.
If class is cancelled do to lack of participants or anything beyond our
control, you may select another date. If you do not show up for class or
arrive late your ENTIRE fee is forfeited.

1031 Tax Free Exchange #2230
Teaches rules, theory and method of executing a tax free exchange.
The Code the Law & You #2519
NAR requires every REALTOR® to
complete at least one Code of Ethics course within established four-year
periods (2001-2004, 2005-2008, 2009-2012, etc.). This course fulfills that
requirement and it explains the areas where NC Law and NCREC Rules differ
from the Code of Ethics. When do you obey each? This course answers that
question and teaches REALTORS® how to properly apply the Code of Ethics to
their practices.
Agency Forms # 2608
Are you filling out forms
correctly? Proper use of forms is critical to serving your clients to the
best of your ability and to protect yourself from unnecessary liability.
This class will enable you to properly complete forms, whether you’re on the
buying or the selling side of the transaction.
